SHOW and CD CHRYSALIDE

Gewijzigd op : 6-2-14

Chrysalide figures out a link between Orient and Occident. The exhibition announces the meeting between French speaking and Indian classic music. A poetical universe in which the smooth voice of Reynald Halloy – author and composer of Chrysalide – goes unsurprisingly well with the bewitched rhythms of the Tablas played by the virtuoso performer Nabankur Bhattacharya, and the lyrical performance o f Fabian Beghin with his Bansuri flute and harmonium. The astonishing contribution of the Kathak dancer Maïtreyee Mahatma marvels this creative trio. Each of her gesture relates a story behind words. From this unforeseen meeting begins a journey, a subtle link connecting Orient and Occident.
